Cheesy Crock-Pot Penne Pasta (Gluten-Free Option)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 24 oz jars marinara sauce
  • 1 lb cooked ground turkey or beef
  • 15 oz container ricotta cheese
  • 8 oz bag Italian blend shredded cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 12 oz box penne noodles (use gluten-free if needed)

Instructions
 

  • Combine marinara sauce, meat, ricotta cheese, fresh spinach, penne noodles and 1/2 the bag of cheese in your Crock-Pot. Mix well.
  • Top with the remaining cheese.
  • Cook on low around 3 hours or on high around 1 hour. Make sure your noodles are soft before you serve. Cook time can very slightly between Crock-Pots.
