Prepare the rice according to instuctions.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Saute onion, garlic, and tomato paste in a large skillet until onion becomes soft.
Add in ground turkey and spices and cook until the turkey is browned.
Add in cooked rice and 1 cup of cheese and mix.
Remove the tops and insides of your peppers.
Fill the peppers with the ground turkey mixture and top with cheese. Place the peppers in a baking dish
Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
Top with fresh parsley and serve.
