Chicken Parm Zucchini Boats

Ingredients
  

  • 4 zucchinis
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 23 oz jar marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Brown your ground chicken and season with salt and pepper. Drain the chicken once it is browned.
  • Add your marinara sauce to the chicken, and then add 1/2 cup of shredded parmesan and 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella. Mix well and let simmer.
  • Remove the tops of your zucchinis, and then slice in halves. Deeply scoop out the insides of the zucchinis.
  • Fill the zucchinis with your chicken mixture and then top with the remaining cheese.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
