Brown your ground chicken and season with salt and pepper. Drain the chicken once it is browned.
Add your marinara sauce to the chicken, and then add 1/2 cup of shredded parmesan and 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella. Mix well and let simmer.
Remove the tops of your zucchinis, and then slice in halves. Deeply scoop out the insides of the zucchinis.
Fill the zucchinis with your chicken mixture and then top with the remaining cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
