Ingredients

cottage cheese

large eggs

cup
almond flour

baking powder

tsp
vanilla

tbsp
honey
pinch
salt
Instructions
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Rest batter for 5 minutes.
Heat greased skillet over medium-low heat.
Pour ¼ cup batter per pancake.
Cook 2–3 minutes per side.
Serve warm.
