Brown and drain your beef.
In your slow cooker, add your beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, and minced garlic. Mix well.
Add your veggies and ground beef. Stir well.
Cook on high 2-3 hours or on low 4-6 hours. Your veggies should be soft.
Add in your packs of ramen and discard any flavorign packets that they may have come with. Let your ramen cook in the slow cooker 10 minutes or until the noodles are soft. Stir to combine all of your ingredients.
If desired, top with sesame seeds and additonal scalions.
