Garlic Butter Beef and Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 lb beef stew meat
- 1 lb Yukon gold potatoes
- 1 onion
- 3 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 1 tbsp steak seasoning
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the Crock-Pot and mix.
- Cook on low 7-8 hours or on hight 3.5-4 hours.
