Gluten-Free Greek Yogurt Pizza Crust

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup 1:1 Gluten Free Flour I like Bob's Red Mill
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add your Greek yogurt and mix with a spoon and then knead with your hands until well combined. It'll be a little crumbly, and that's ok.
  • Shape the dough into a pizza shape on a piece of parchment paper.
  • Bake at 400 degree for 10 minutes.
  • Remove the crust and add your toppings.
  • Bake for another 5-10 minutes.
