High-Protein Chicken Crust Caesar Pizza

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup parmesean cheese
  • 1/2 cup gluten free bread crumbs or gluen-free oats
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Combine all ingredients well in a bowl.
  • On parchment paper or a well-oiled pizza tray, flatten your chicken mixture into your desired shape. The flatter it is, the crunchier it will be.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until througholy cooked through.
  • If making Ceasar Salad Chicken Pizza, top with Ceasar salad dressing and salad. If making a pizza with sauce and cheese, add your toppings and then broil on low for a few additional minutes.
