Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Combine all ingredients well in a bowl.
On parchment paper or a well-oiled pizza tray, flatten your chicken mixture into your desired shape. The flatter it is, the crunchier it will be.
Bake for 15 minutes or until througholy cooked through.
If making Ceasar Salad Chicken Pizza, top with Ceasar salad dressing and salad. If making a pizza with sauce and cheese, add your toppings and then broil on low for a few additional minutes.
