Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Blend cottage cheese, eggs, syrup, oil, and vanilla.
  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Stir wet into dry. Fold in chips.
  • Bake in greased baking dish for 22–26 minutes.
  • Cool, slice, and enjoy.
